This ridiculousness speaks for itself.  One note, however:  This was nowhere near Halloween, nor was there anywhere else in the vicinity so attired.

    This one actually has me at a loss for words….I think this was actually a 5 year old child who got hit with a Acme Growth-Ray or something…this is terrible
